Keto Pot Roast Recipe

On a cold, winter day, it's nice to come home and know there’s a hot, comforting meal ready for you to serve up for dinner. If you love a slow cooker meal but don’t like the processed ingredients in many recipes, this Mississippi pot roast is for you!

It’s keto-friendly, takes only a few minutes to prepare in the slow cooker, and is a tasty dinner the whole family will enjoy. The final dish is fork-tender, zesty but not spicy, and pairs well with mashed cauliflower or roasted spaghetti squash. Plus, there are no seasoning packets or canned “cream of” ingredients!

  • Chuck roast

  • Pepperoncini peppers

  • Butter

  • Dried dill

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Oregano

  • Paprika

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Xantham Gum (optional for thickening gravy)
